ARCHITECTURE

345 California’s award-winning architectural design was created by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. The steel-frame structure features full seismic engineering. Five types of imported granite cover the building’s exterior and pave the California Street plaza and retail arcade leading to the brass-framed main entry. The arcade features 30-foot vaulted ceilings, framing a convenient walkway from Battery and Sansome Streets to the office lobby. The lobby's elevator cabs are finished with neolith floor tile, brass and african wood paneling. The hexagonal building design allows variety and flexibility in office space planning for the 17,000 square foot typical floor plate.

ACCCESS AND SECURITY CONTROLS

Access is available to tenants 24 hours a day using one of the 12 passenger elevators equipped with Destination Dispatch Elevator Controls. After business hours access is controlled by an electronic card-key security system, which records user identity, time, and elevator bank whenever a card is used. Security video cameras and life safety functions are continuously monitored from the main security console. Turnstiles have been added to the passenger elevator lobbies providing another layer of access control.

PARKING

Parking is provided in a professionally-managed, full-service valet garage. For the convenience of tenants, the garage is open early morning and late evening hours. Free parking is available for bicycles. On site electric vehicle charging stations include a universal, dual port station and a Tesla charging station.
