On the lobby level, the new tenant lounge (“The Room”) is for exclusive use of tenants in the Building and incorporates high-end furnishing, streaming TV and small meeting rooms and booths.

As an environmental initiative and a way to give back to our community, 345 California has partnered with Alveole to move toward a more eco-conscious city by taking honey bees under our wing and hosting one hive on the 3rd floor roof above the Loading Dock entrance. Bike Parking Area


The Bike Parking Area at 345 California features sixty-six (66) spaces along with forty-four (44) lockers for day use, a Dero Fix-It station, and an Air Pump. Secured via key card access, the Bike Parking Area is for the exclusive and complimentary use of 345 California Tenants.

If you are interested in using the Bike Parking Area, please fill out this waiver as we will need this waiver to grant you complimentary access. Once we receive your completed waiver, you will be given access to the Bike Parking Area through your Building Access Card (the card you use for the elevators or 345 Fit).

345 Fit

345 Fit is a first-class fitness center exclusively for the tenants of 345 California.

Located on the 4th floor, 345 Fit has exactly what you need for an invigorating workout. The state-of-the-art facility is furnished with a full range of exercise equipment to improve your cardiovascular and muscular fitness. Additional exercise accessories are designed for balance, flexibility, and more.

Start your day off right with a full-body workout or de-stress with a mid-day ride on one of our Peloton Bikes. If you’re feeling tired after work reenergize on the elliptical machine or do a quick run on the treadmill. 345 Fit is accessible 24/7 to fit your schedule. After your work out, make sure to take advantage of our first-class locker rooms, replete with Molton Brown bath and body products as well as complimentary Towel Service.

Parking

345 California Parking Garage is a premier parking facility providing ample space for tenants and visitors to the building and for guests of the Four Seasons at Embarcadero employing a full valet operation. The garage entrance is located on Battery Street. It is professionally operated by LAZ Parking. Garage amenities include a universal dual port and two single port Tesla electric vehicle charging stations.

Saturday: 7:00am-11:00pm
Sunday: 7:00am- 5:30pm

Cars may be retrieved after hours by contacting Building Security at the Pine Street loading dock and remitting the full day(s) rate.

In the 345 California arcade connection between Sansome & Battery Streets is ARTCADE.345. ARTCADE.345 is a series of 65-inch high-definition digital displays of continuously streaming artwork in all forms, curated by Artcast artcast.tv The exhibits change regularly. The theme for the exhibits will vary and may feature a single artist or local artists, may be a particular medium such as photographs or watercolors, or may be a single subject such as landscapes, nature, or abstracts. Enjoy ARTCADE.345 on your way in or out of the building or if you just want to stop by to see our latest exhibition!

345 California Center Telecom

Fiber Network
A state-of-the-art fiber optic backbone network in 345 California Center supports a variety of building tenant connections, telecom service provider connections and building automation systems. The most modern eABF (enterprise-based air blown fiber) system was selected for installation due to its extremely fast installation time, efficient use of space, and ease of expandability. The fiber touches all points within the building making tenant telecommunication connections fast and inexpensive. Building tenants with multiple floors have a readily available fiber network to connect their private networks. Telecommunication service providers ride the fiber backbone to make fast connections without expensive vertical cable runs to their customers located in any part of the building.

Fully Managed Telecom Facilities
The unique fiber backbone network and all telecom services are fully managed and monitored by expert professionals. The building retains IMG as a riser cable management company, as well as a full-time telecommunications manager, Building Network Solutions, who works with the building management staff to oversee all telecom services and facility deployments. Four Season's Embarcadero


Located on the top 11 floors of the 48-story 345 California, the second – and tallest – Four Seasons hotel in the Bay Area.
