345 California Parking Garage is a premier parking facility providing ample space for tenants and visitors to the building and for guests of the Four Seasons at Embarcadero employing a full valet operation. The garage entrance is located on Battery Street. It is professionally operated by LAZ Parking. Garage amenities include a universal dual port and a Tesla electric vehicle charging station.

Fiber Network
A state-of-the-art fiber optic backbone network in 345 California Center supports a variety of building tenant connections, telecom service provider connections and building automation systems. The most modern eABF (enterprise-based air blown fiber) system was selected for installation due to its extremely fast installation time, efficient use of space, and ease of expandability. The fiber touches all points within the building making tenant telecommunication connections fast and inexpensive. Building tenants with multiple floors have a readily available fiber network to connect their private networks. Telecommunication service providers ride the fiber backbone to make fast connections without expensive vertical cable runs to their customers located in any part of the building.
Fully Managed Telecom Facilities
The unique fiber backbone network and all telecom services are fully managed and monitored by expert professionals. The building retains IMG as a riser cable management company, as well as a full-time telecommunications manager, ExteNet Systems, who works with the building management staff to oversee all telecom services and facility deployments.
